Validated, not projected.
Every number here earned its way in: evidence in the work ledger, validated, then published de-identified.
How a number gets on this page
Evidence lands in our work ledger first. It’s validated — checked against what actually shipped and what it actually saved. Only then is it approved for publication, in a fixed phrasing, de-identified by rule. Ranges stay ranges. Value classes are never summed.
The ledger
value-validated — $55k–$80k of hard, one-time value validated for a single mid-market client in its first delivery cycle — covering fees 1.4–2.0×. (a medical-device manufacturer) — VALIDATED
freed-capacity — $7,000–$10,500 per year of staff capacity freed. (a medical-device manufacturer) — VALIDATED
training-hours — 66+ hours of staff AI training delivered in one month. (a medical-device manufacturer) — VALIDATED
production-pilots — Agents in production pilots: order approval, lead scoring, security monitoring. (a medical-device manufacturer) — VALIDATED
operator-library — A 150-atom operator library, live. (shadow.shiny.sh) — VALIDATED
Why no client names?
Because client confidentiality is a promise we make before we make any promise to you. Work appears on this site de-identified by rule — sector descriptors, fixed phrasings, nothing that fingerprints an organization or a person. If we’ll guard their name that carefully, imagine what we’ll do with your data. The rules.
